I could not ask this team to play any harder than they did tonight." Things went Chesnee's way in the first half as the Eagles built a 14-0 halftime lead. Jacob Kimbrell got Chesnee on the board with a two yard touchdown run which was setup by Cole Hoskyns by pinning the Wildcats at their own two yard line with a nice punt and then recovering a Wildcat fumble to give the Eagles the ball at the Blacksburg two yard line.
