The Boiling Springs tennis team went on the road Tuesday night and came away with a 5-2 victory over the Hillcrest Rams.
The Boiling Springs one through four singles all came away with victories in their matches as Anna Greer (6-1, 6-0), Abigail Bragg (6-2, 6-2), Mallory Cooper (6-1, 6-0) all won in two sets. Ava Bragg had the most exciting match of the day as her match was decided in three sets (6-1, 4-6, 10-5) but still came away with a victory for the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs led 4-1 after all the singles matches were played and got an impressive performance from their number two doubles as Madison Ball and Ansleigh Bragg won (6-2, 6-1) to help secure the victory for the Bulldogs. Boiling Springs will look to continue their push for the playoffs when they travel to Gaffney on Thursday afternoon. Comments are closed.
