Boiling Springs senior basketball player Zach Baldinelli was named to the North-South All-Star team on Monday afternoon.
Baldinelli finished his senior season averaging 14.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game while also finishing the season with eighteen steals. Baldinelli also surpassed the 1,000 point mark for his career this past season. He will be joined by other local players on the North team as Dorman’s Talon Cooper, Spartanburg’s Sean Jenkins, and Broome’s Khalil Stringer all made the team as well. They will also be joined by Chesnee head basketball coach Andy Pitt who will be an assistant coach on the North team. The North-South game will be held on March 16th at Lexington High School.
